For over 30 years we have strived to preserve the quality of development in St. Barthelemy. We have willingly limited the size of our team for this reason. For all supplimentary needs we utilize a strong network of exterior partners chosen for their competence. All members of our team are at multi-lingual: French, English, Italian, Porteguese and Spanish.

From the consultation on the purchase of land or home, to the definative delivery of the completed project, we insure an "a la carte" mission according to the needs of our clients.

Maintenance Management

Upon completion of any project we offer maintenance management services, insuring project consistancy and standards are continued and adhered to.
